I’m back with all kinds of gorgeous gem and mineral “SWAG” from the Annual Tucson Gem & Mineral Show.
For those who know me or have ever been to my showroom, you know I’m a gem stone aficionado. But to be perfectly frank, I’d have to say I’m even more of a nature and fossil freak. That’s because I consider fossils and gemstones to be “art from the earth.”
As is my usual, I came back to Indy from Tucson with fantastic specimens to add to my collection, as well as the collections of others. More shipments continue to arrive from Tucson each day.
(By the way, did you know that I will personally hunt out pieces for your homes, offices, or wherever you choose? I do!)
This year, I brought back five or six pieces for my showroom and another three huge pieces for customers – who were bowled over with the size, complexity and beauty of these fossil wall panels!
Take a look! These palm leaf and crinoid garden wall panels of slate were unearthed in Germany.
I think they would be absolute show-stoppers in a board room or any office gallery. One customer of mine has a group of 5 panels, the largest, a similar piece of multiple fossil fish with 2 panels of single fish carefully secured to his curved staircase wall. It’s beautiful, and of course, there isn’t another like it in the world.
You have a personal invitation to stop in my store later this month to see what treasures I’ve shipped back to Indy. If you see something you can’t live without, please let me know as I can probably be talked out of it. I’m always happy to turn someone else into a fossil freak and share living with the beauty from the earth.
