On the 7th Day of Christmas…

Gellner – 30% Discount

I work with a number of German designers. Some are gem cutters, like Bernd Munsteiner. Others are jewelry makers, like Christian Bauer, Jorg Heinz, and Gellner. Today, we’re talking about Gellner.

Gellner works in pearls. But these are not your grandmother’s pearls. Black rhodium plating, rough-cut gem strands, abstract shapes, and even braided leather all serve to make Gellner’s jewelry contemporary and edgy. Their appreciation of pearls and how they are formed inspires influences from the ocean into their designs.

Gellner is also one of the companies I work with that designs the interchangeable pearl clasps for which I’m known. Their clasps are distinct, functional, and above all beautiful.

They make long chain necklaces, like the one pictured above, that are bold enough to stand alone. It features black rhodium-plated sterling silver and drips with Tahitian pearls. I also carry their stackable, wrappable strands if you want to create that layered look.

Now through Christmas Eve, I’m offering 20% off on all merchandise in my store, excluding loose diamonds. For today only – that’s Thursday, December 19, 2013, from 10AM to 8PM – I’m upping that to 30% off of the Gellner merchandise in my inventory.

For the holidays, I’ve got a bunch of extra stuff in from Gellner. Many are popular designs that I’ve sold over and over again, but there are others I’ve never had in the store before. Don’t miss your chance to come in and check out some incredibly original design work and gorgeous jewelry.
